I want to provide a service where both mental & physical performance are focused on with a strong educational backing. I never want my services to be relied on, rather utilised in helping you along in your own self development.
I hope to offer people the tools to feel confident in their own ability to move correctly, use equipment effectively on their own, and to educate my clients the importance of moving their body for their longevity and well-being.
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I strive to stand out as an advocate for a fit, healthy, and balanced lifestyle for my friends, family, and wide range of clients. I believe in leading by example by maintaining my own fitness at peak levels while inspiring those around me to embrace a life of movement and wellness.

I have a particular interest in enhancing human performance through developing strength, speed, and movement competency. I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing better than supporting people to achieve their goals.
When you work with me, you are my sole focus. We will forge a way to get you from where you are now to your goals. For me, the best part of this job is seeing a client succeed, both in the gym and outside of it.
I recognise the huge difference a regular movement routine can make to the way you feel both inside and out. My aim is to help support others find joy in movement and empower people to thrive.
My mission is to help others enjoy their fitness journey, fostering a positive and comfortable environment that allows them to strive to be better than they were yesterday.
Over the past eight years I have continuously expanded my knowledge in areas such as injury rehabilitation, habit formation, nutrition optimization, and training considerations for women's hormonal cycles. I am particularly dedicated to optimizing training for individuals with hypermobility/EDS, chronic fatigue, and autoimmune disorders.
To me, building strength is about more than just the physical benefits - it's also about proving to yourself that you're capable of more than you thought, capable of doing things that are hard, and capable of improving yourself over time. With three children of my own and being 45 years old, I understand the importance of balancing family life and personal wellbeing. Hand balancing, handstands, calisthenics, and bodyweight movement have become my niche, and I am thrilled to incorporate these elements into my training approach.
As a former lawyer in Brazil, I’ve spent many years navigating the corporate landscape and intimately understand the challenges of balancing a demanding job with maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I have now worked in the health and fitness industry for 14 years and have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of clients achieve their goals and enjoy the process along the way. My main focus is to encourage you to find joy and confidence in movement. I will assist you with the tools you need to help build habits around exercise, giving you a sense of direction and the motivation you need to ultimately live a happier, move active, and more rewarding life.
Whether it is improving biomechanics, reducing training and work related tensions, educating and helping others understand their bodies or just having a relaxing and a solid massage, my aim is to work together with my clients to improve the relationship with their bodies.
With a background as a bodybuilding competitor, dancer, personal trainer, mother, and now massage therapist; I use my experience to help me understand the challenges faced by those working at home or in an office environment, both with physical challenges, and scheduling challenges.
