My journey into fitness began with a passion for sports during my youth, starting off like a lot of Kiwi blokes playing rugby. I then turned to road cycling after dabbling in a few triathlons and now compete in CrossFit to keep my competitive side satisfied.

I’ve always been fascinated with the science of exercise and nutrition, initially to help maximise my own health and performance but this has now become a huge passion of mine to help others with their own self improvement journeys.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I strive to stand out as an advocate for a fit, healthy, and balanced lifestyle for my friends, family, and wide range of clients. I believe in leading by example by maintaining my own fitness at peak levels while inspiring those around me to embrace a life of movement and wellness. When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll likely find me training, eating, or using my fitness to explore!

Whether you're aiming to build strength, look better, improve flexibility, bounce back from injury, or simply adopt healthier lifestyle habits, my approach is grounded in understanding each client's individual starting point and crafting sustainable plans for progress. My philosophy emphasises not just physical transformations, but also the mental and emotional benefits of a balanced fitness regimen.
