With so much information out there, it can feel impossible knowing what to do, how to progress bodyweight skills, and how to perform calisthenics techniques properly and safely. We’ll educate you with all that we know, so you can train smarter and see results faster in a friendly and supportive class environment.

An epic show of full body control, handstands and all things hand balancing are our specialty. We’ve developed a system of simple regressions and progressions to help you achieve your first handstand or develop it even further.
Being able to pull and push your own bodyweight is a fantastic benchmark to have for upper body strength. Our Wellington based calisthenics coaches help everyday people master their body’s movement.
Mobility training focuses on enhancing joint range of motion, flexibility, and movement quality, allowing you to unlock more advanced calisthenics skills and improve strength in postures and positions that you may have found previously inaccessible.
With three children of my own and being 45 years old, I understand the importance of balancing family life and personal wellbeing. Hand balancing, handstands, calisthenics, and bodyweight movement have become my niche, and I am thrilled to incorporate these elements into my training approach.
I want to use what I’ve learned through my studies and experiences to help you however I can. It’s incredibly fulfilling for me to feel like I’ve contributed in some way and it’s why I love working with my amazing team as well as my awesome clients.
