What can I expect in a consult?
Expect bants and a friendly conversation with our personal trainers. Talk to us! What are your goals? If you don't have any, that's all good. We can help you explore and discover a direction to head in. We may also use this time as an opportunity to assess your movement to see how we can best achieve your goals. Eg some clients might need more mobility in their programs than others.
How much are personal training sessions?
Our charges can vary between the experience level and qualification level of our personal trainers, but we are around the $100/hour mark.
I don't know if personal training is for me. I don't even enjoy exercise!
We encourage you to ask yourself: "What is it about exercise that I don't enjoy?"
A lot of the time, it can be because "I'm just not good at it" or "I'm not confident or fit enough".
It's totally fine to feel like that in the beginning, but what if you could get 'better at it'? Or more coordinated and more confident? We can you help with that. Our personal trainers are here to support you on the way to living your life, how you want to live it.
Do you offer nutritional guidance as well?
All of our trainers will be able to help with general guidelines on a balanced and whole-foods oriented approach to nutrition, but for more in-depth nutritional coaching we have qualified nutritionists who can help.
Does your gym offer memberships?
24 hour access memberships are available to past and current clients only in order to prioritise the best personal trainer and gym environment, where everybody has enough space to enjoy their workouts and sessions.
