GGS women's coaching specialist certification
Cadence Health nutrition certification
Starting my journey as a personal trainer in 2005, I have worked across three gyms in Alaska and traveled globally before establishing myself in New Zealand. My diverse background includes training a wide range of clients—from 14-year-old Olympic hopefuls to office workers, and from post-menopausal women to elderly individuals managing dementia. My approach integrates expertise in dance, gymnastics, circus arts (such as pole, aerial hoop, contortion, and partnered acrobatics), yoga, pilates, and traditional strength training.
Over the past eight years in New Zealand, I have continuously expanded my knowledge in areas such as injury rehabilitation, habit formation, nutrition optimization, and training considerations for women's hormonal cycles. I am particularly dedicated to optimizing training for individuals with hypermobility/EDS, chronic fatigue, and autoimmune disorders.
The "personal" aspect of personal training, of developing deep and meaningful connections with my clients, makes my job truly fulfilling. I deeply enjoy the challenge of customizing training sessions and programs creatively for each unique client.
