Talofa Lava! My name is Guillaume To’osavili Martel.
I initially decided to venture into the creative field despite being an active Rugby player for most of my life, pursuing motion design for four years. I ended up neglecting my physical health during this time, assuming it would remain intact. This was not the case!
It took a toll on my body and it took me years to finally reincorporate movement and fitness back into my life and rediscover my passion for health and wellness. My love for training grew further through Crossfit, Olympic weightlifting, and other sports.
Following this, I dedicated a year to personalised training at NZIS, gaining understanding into the correlation between exercise ad overall health. Now my mission is to help others enjoy their fitness journey, fostering a positive and comfortable environment that allows them to strive to be better than they were yesterday.
I aim to empower people to prioritise their health and longevity by sharing the tools I have learnt personally and through my education. I want to make training an enjoyable activity, not a chore!
