I started lifting weights when I was 13 years old. In the years since starting this journey, I have become passionate about getting stronger and building muscle, and I'm committed to helping others discover that same passion. In my free time, I regularly compete in Powerlifting and Strongman competitions at regional, national and international levels, so this passion extends beyond just a career into all elements of my life.
I've worked as a personal trainer for four and a half years and have helped everyone from day-one beginners to seasoned gym veterans, with many different goals. My specialty is in helping people build muscle and get much stronger, while developing and maintaining high standards of physical functionality and mobility.
To me, building strength is about more than just the physical benefits - it's also about proving to yourself that you're capable of more than you thought, capable of doing things that are hard, and capable of improving yourself over time.
