My Story
Movement has always been a part of my life. I’ve danced for as long as I can remember, I competed in athletics as a teenager, and I discovered gym based exercise in my 20s. Somewhere amongst all of that I stumbled upon calisthenics, Capoeira, and my love for inversions! It’s always amazing to me how the body moves, adapts, and heals itself.
My journey with movement has given me an understanding of how beneficial it is to have a consistent movement practice and it’s lead me to want to share the multitude of benefits exercise has to offer through personal training. It brings me joy and incredible amounts of satisfaction to see people dedicate time to themselves and not only go on to accomplish new skills and reach goals, but also to witness how they evolve on so many other levels.
My main focus is to encourage you to find joy and confidence in movement. I will assist you with the tools you need to help build habits around exercise, giving you a sense of direction and the motivation you need to ultimately live a happier, move active, and more rewarding life.
