My journey in the health, fitness, and performance industry has seen me working with a diverse range of clients and athletes across the globe; from training talented youth in the northern hemisphere with aspirations to become professional athletes, to some of the world’s best rugby players in Aotearoa.
More recently, I have spent my time working in community sport educating players and coaches on how to prevent injuries and enhance performance so they can enjoy the activities and sport they love so much.
I have been passionate about sport and fitness my whole life and have worked hard to maximise my knowledge and develop my coaching toolbox to help others. I have a particular interest in enhancing human performance through developing strength, speed, and movement competency. I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing better than supporting people to achieve their goals.
