1. Book a free consultation.

We'll work together to help you clearly define your goals and discuss your training history.

Once we have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be, we’ll use this information to create a step by step training plan that will get you to your strength training goals as quickly and safely as possible.

Whether you choose to start training with our Wellington strength coaches or not, you can be sure that you will leave with a better understanding of how to achieve your goals and how to better manage injuries.

 
 
 

2. Receive your training plan.

You'll receive lifetime access to your individualised training plan, specifically built for achieving your strength and conditioning goals. We'll refine this together, creating an optimal and sustainable program. Your plan includes:

  • Target sets, reps and other training metrics

  • Guidance on how to continually progress

  • Exercise video demonstrations

  • Descriptions for each exercise

  • Helpful coaching notes

  • Progress and habit tracking

Your workout plan is designed to be as easy to follow as possible. You'll know exactly what to do and how to do it.

 
 
 

3. Achieve your Goals.

Each week you'll go through personal training sessions at the gym, as well as your own weekly workouts you'll be responsible for completing.

These are important steps to ensure your continued progress, building your independence and confidence in your ability to train yourself.

Don't worry, your training plan makes it super simple to perform workouts on your own. We'll make sure your program is enjoyable and tailored to suit your lifestyle and needs - making sure you stay accountable, consistent, and motivated.

My journey in training began at a young age with a deep passion for sports. I found interest in swimming and basketball until I stepped into a gym for the first time at age 15 - I had found my spiritual house. I’d eventually find martial arts and got hooked in jiu-jitsu, muay thai, and boxing.
