As a teenager, I first became interested in gym training after experiencing a minor injury which put me on the sideline for a while. Although I had always been involved in sports and outdoor activities, I found that the gym offered a different kind of fitness experience that allowed me to explore my strength and build confidence. This newfound confidence was something I wanted to share with others, which is what inspired me to become a coach!
During my work with clients and athletes though, I noticed many of them had faced injuries in the past. This sparked my interest in injury management and led me to become a physical therapist. Continuing my study through a degree and masters allowed me to deepen my understanding of human physiology and exercise science and apply the learnings in a practical way to help clients overcome their individual challenges.
Today, my mission is to help others discover the empowerment and confidence that comes from regular exercise and healthy habits. I believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and healthy life, free from the stress and uncertainty that can sometimes surround fitness and nutrition.
With my guidance and support, you'll have the tools and motivation you need to develop a sustainable exercise routine that works for you.
