We’re back!

Great news! ONI Sports Massage will re-open on Monday 8th June. As you’d expect though, we have some new precautions related to a certain world event at the moment.

To maintain our high standards and meet guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health and Massage New Zealand, we ask that you please read the information below before booking an appointment.

From the whole team at ONI, we also wanted to thank every one of you for being so supportive and patient! We wanted to make sure we re-opened each stage of our business properly with high standards being met.

We also deeply appreciate all of the vouchers that have been bought as well.

COVID-19 Guidelines:

Please do not book an appointment if you experience the following:

  • Cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, shortness of breath, or diarrhoea

  • Have been exposed to the virus through an overseas traveller or contact with a confirmed/probable case

  • Have any reason to believe there may be a risk you have been exposed to the virus

  • Aged 70+ and/or have immune-compromised health

COVID-19 safety precautions

  • Online pre-screening form is to be completed when booking an appointment

  • Continuation of clean and fresh laundry replaced for each client (this is done to medical grade)

  • PPE may be worn by our therapists, although they are not a requirement by MoH or MNZ

  • Due to limited space we do not have a waiting room, therefore, please avoid an early arrival

  • Our elevator lift is for one-person only, therefore, we recommend you use the stairwell. The doors are propped open during our opening hours so that you don’t have to contact any surfaces entering and exiting our studio.

  • All equipment and common surfaces will be disinfected between each treatment using hospital grade disinfectant

  • Fewer appointments are available due to client spacing and allowing time for additional cleaning
