Frog to Headstand (Tucked) to Frog

Cues:

  • Set your hands on the floor at approx shoulder width with your knees tucked behind your arms (on your triceps)

  • Smoothly rock forward and lift your heels off the ground so that you are balancing on your hands

  • From here, softly place your head in front of your hands to form the triangle of your headstand

  • From here, slowly raise your head off of the ground, returning back to the frogstand

  • Maintain breath
