Frog to Headstand (Tucked) to Frog
Cues:
Set your hands on the floor at approx shoulder width with your knees tucked behind your arms (on your triceps)
Smoothly rock forward and lift your heels off the ground so that you are balancing on your hands
From here, softly place your head in front of your hands to form the triangle of your headstand
From here, slowly raise your head off of the ground, returning back to the frogstand
Maintain breath
