What does Kettlebell training with us look like?

 
 

1. Book a free consultation.

We'll work together to help you clearly define your fitness goals and then create an optimal plan to achieve them, using creative and fun exercises to keep you motivated.

We'll also go through a small workout. This is an opportunity for you to get a feel for how we can train and for us to assess your current movement abilities (don’t worry if you’re a total beginner!).

Once we have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be, we'll use this information to create a step by step training plan that will get you to your fitness goals as quickly and safely as possible.

 
 
 

2. Receive your training plan.

You'll receive lifetime access to your individualised training plan, specifically built for achieving your goals. We'll refine this together, creating an optimal and sustainable program. Your plan includes:

  • Target sets, reps and other training metrics

  • Guidance on how to continually progress

  • Exercise video demonstrations

  • Descriptions for each exercise

  • Helpful coaching notes

  • Progress and habit tracking

Your workout plan is designed to be as easy to follow as possible. You'll know exactly what to do and how to do it.

 
 
 

3. Achieve your Goals.

Each week you'll go through personal training sessions at the gym, as well as your own weekly workouts you'll be responsible for completing.

These are important steps to ensure your continued progress, building your independence and confidence in your ability to train yourself.

Don't worry, your training plan makes it super simple to perform workouts on your own. We'll make sure your program is enjoyable and tailored to suit your lifestyle and needs - making sure you stay accountable, consistent, and motivated.

Kettlebell Training

Becoming a kettlebell master starts with owning six basic movement patterns. The swing, clean, press, squat, snatch, and Turkish get-up. All while keeping your body in good alignment so that your body develops full body coordination, core strength, and overall functional fitness.

Steel Mace Training

Used to develop bullet proof shoulders, a strong core, and a powerful grip. The challenge of keeping movements linked together fluidly provides a captivating workout experience that gets you exercising dynamically, while keeping your mind engaged the entire time.

Indian Clubs Training

The practice of using clubs as a fitness tool started with ancient Persian Pehlwani wrestlers or Pehlwans. To prepare for competition and battle and to strengthen their arms and torsos, Pehlwans would swing large, modified war clubs. This eventually spread through Iran, India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.

Nowadays, it’s used as a creative method to increase strength, mobility, and coordination around your upper body, shoulders, and core.

All things ‘unconventional’

Conventional training uses barbells, dumbbells, and machines. Unconventional training is all about full body coordination, primal movements, and often offseting the weight to train stability at a high intensity.

It’s about becoming a natural and primal athlete, to get the most functional fitness out of your body.
