This helps your online personal trainer build a clear picture of your goals, where your body is currently, and how we're going to achieve your goals.

Personalising your plan
You will receive a fully individualised 6 week training plan. We’ll refine this together, using weekly check ins to review and adjust the program, creating an optimal and enjoyable program.

Results
Along with your personalised plan, we’ll be catching up with you regularly to refine the plan as well as checking your form and checking in with you. This accountability and quality programming fasttracks you towards achieving your goals.

Ongoing Support
After your first 6 weeks with us, you can then choose from either ad hoc sessions to update your program or you can opt for another focused 6 week training block.
