Habits Continued

As the week comes to an end, it's a good opportunity to reflect on the goals you’ve set and to think about the habits you’re aiming to change.

Task:

Meditate on these questions and write down your answers somewhere that you can easily refer to in future. For example, a notes section on your phone or in a diary.


When does your habit happen?

Be specific. What time of day does it take place?

How many times a day does it happen?

Habits repeated more frequently will be different to those that happen only once a day.

Where are you when your habit takes place?

Does the environment you’re in make it more or less likely for your habit to occur?

Who is around you when the habit takes place?

Do the people around you support (either consciously or subconsciously) what you’re trying to change? It may help to communicate your goals to them either way.
