By signing up for an ONI Basic Gym Membership or an ONI Black Membership and providing your payment information, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership Overview

1.1 All memberships (Basic and Black) require a minimum commitment of 3, 6, or 12 months. After the minimum term, memberships automatically continue on a rolling basis, billed weekly, until you request cancellation with notice.
1.2 Black memberships include at least one (1) 60-minute session per week. Unused sessions do not roll over to subsequent weeks.
1.3 Basic and Black membership fees are charged weekly to the credit card provided at sign-up.

2. Payment Authorisation

2.1 By entering your credit card details, you authorise ONI to:

  • Charge your card the membership fee as per the selected term.

  • Charge any amounts due, including cancellation fees or late payments.
    2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date.

3. Membership Fees and Charges

3.1 Membership fees are debited automatically from the start of your gym orientation.
3.2 If a payment fails, ONI reserves the right to attempt collection on subsequent days.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 During the minimum term:

  • You may cancel your membership early, but a cancellation fee applies:

    • Basic Memberships: The lesser of $250 or 25% of the remaining balance.

    • Black Memberships: The lesser of $500 or 25% of the remaining balance.

  • The applicable fee will be charged to your credit card.

4.2 After the minimum term:

  • Your membership will continue automatically on a rolling weekly basis.

  • You may cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice, with no penalty.

5. Weekly Session Use (Black Memberships Only)

5.1 Black memberships include at least one (1) 60-minute session per week.
5.2 Sessions may be booked with an ONI personal trainer, massage therapist, mobility coach, or nutrition coach.
5.3 Sessions must be booked in advance and used within the corresponding week (Monday–Sunday).
5.4 Unused sessions will not roll over to the following weeks and cannot be refunded or credited.

6. Late Payments

6.1 If a payment is not made by the due date, ONI reserves the right to charge the outstanding amount to your card.
6.2 Additional fees may apply for late payments as per ONI’s discretion and applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1 ONI reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a membership, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

  • You authorise ONI to process payments as outlined.

  • You agree to abide by the membership rules, including the non-rollover policy for weekly sessions.
