By signing up for ONI Personal Training, Sports Massage, Nutrition, or Mobility Coaching, and providing your payment information, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Acceptance of Risk

Clients acknowledge and accept that participation in physical training, sports massage, nutrition coaching, and mobility coaching involves inherent risks. By engaging in any services provided by ONI, clients confirm that they participate entirely at their own risk. Clients are advised to consult with a physician or medical professional before starting any physical training, treatment, or program to ensure it is safe for them to do so.

Accuracy of Information

By submitting your application or registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. You agree that ONI and any affiliated ONI instructors or staff will not be held responsible for any claims arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Liability Waiver

In consideration of your participation in physical training, treatments, or programs, you, your personal representatives, administrators, heirs, and assigns hereby hold harmless ONI and any affiliated ONI instructors or staff from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained before, during, or after participation.

Cancellation Policy

Clients understand and agree to the following cancellation terms:

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

  • For late arrivals, sessions will proceed for the remaining scheduled time only.

Payment Authorisation

By providing your payment information, you authorise ONI to charge your card for any amounts due, including but not limited to:

  • Session fees

  • Cancellation fees

  • Late payments

If payment is not made by the due date, ONI reserves the right to charge the outstanding amount to your card on file without further notice.

Agreement to Terms

By signing up for ONI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Your continued participation signifies your acceptance of these terms.
