This challenge is focused on building healthy habits into life. Weight loss and building toned muscle is one of the products of incorporating these habits in your routine, but it’s not the be-all and end-all.
Remember that while you’ll be setting goals for yourself and making steps to take action and be accountable, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being better than you were yesterday and building on the small things that make a big difference in the long run!
The aim is to build long term, sustainable habits to help with healthier living so that you can have more energy, more confidence, and be the fittest, strongest version of yourself.
As a part of this challenge, you’ll have access to the Official ONI Facebook Challenge Group where you can ask questions, share recipes or tips, and be among other individuals after the same thing. You will have access to this Official Facebook Group forever.
Our online nutrition coaches will also be regularly posting up tips as well!
To help you change your food habits, we’ll set you up with our exclusive ONI App where you have 12 lessons to get through, teaching you important foundational skills like goal setting, habits, and of course food and nutrition. It will also help you track your daily behaviours.
It is important to emphasise that this isn’t about being perfect though. Just because you miss one single point, that doesn’t mean that the rest of the day is written off. There will always be trade offs and compromises, so your attitudes towards these peaks and troughs will determine your overall success with your goals.
The top 5 scorers at the end of the challenge will move on to the next stage, where they will have their ‘before and after’ photos voted on for the top prize by other challenge participants (old and new). There will also be a prize for ‘ONI’s Choice’.
As the top 5 point scorers will go on to share their ‘before and afters’ for judging, it’s best to be honest with yourself when recording points each day.
Simply fill out this form and we’ll get calculate your personalised nutrition plan! This plan will include a breakdown of your suggested daily caloric intake, macronutrient proportions, and how you can track those targets with just your hand (approximately).

Expect to lose some weight and tone up over the next 6 weeks, but also be aware that the goal is not to lose as fast as possible, it’s to establish healthier habits (you don’t get points for weight lost!).
