What does nutrition coaching with us look like?

 
 

1. Book a nutrition consultation.

We'll work together to help you clearly define your goals, understand the steps needed to reach them, and also chat through your unique history. Important factors like your stress, exercise, and your relationships with food will also be discussed.

Once we have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be, we’ll use this information to create a step by step nutrition plan that will get you to your goals as quickly and safely as possible.

 
 
 

2. Receive your Nutrition plan.

Plans can look different for different people. Depending where you are on your journey, your plan may start with developing healthy habits first (we’ll use our app to help monitor and track how consistent these are) or if you’ve already got healthy habits in place then we can start with a more detailed approach.

Foundational habits for health come first though. Once those are consistent, we can implement more detailed strategies to fine tune your nutritional plan from there. For example - meal timings, more detailed nutritional content, and recovery protocols for athletes are only applicable after you have established healthy habits first.

We’ll work together to refine your plan together, creating an optimal and enjoyable journey.

 
 
 

3. Regular Check Ins.

Each week you'll talk with our Wellingon nutritionists (via a mix of in person and remote calls) to help ensure you maintain continual progress, while building your independence and confidence.

We catch up regularly to ensure your plan is enjoyable and tailor suited to your lifestyle and needs - making sure you stay accountable, consistent, and motivated.

 
 

4. Achieve Your Goals.

Congratulations! You've achieved your nutrition goals! Not only that, but along the way you've learned how to plan, stay organised, and maintain motivation for yourself confidently and effectively too.

You're now ready to take on the world and continue smashing nutrition goals all on your own.

We'll still be here to help you out if you need it, but you're now more than capable of managing your own nutritional habits.
