Pelvic Tilts (Quadruped)

Cues:

  • On your hands and knees, tilt your pelvis back and forth in full range of motion

  • Isolate your lower back and hip flexor muscles to enter an ‘anterior tilt’ of the pelvis (arch)

  • Isolate lower abdominals and glutes to enter a ‘posterior tilt’ of the pelvis (tuck)
